My complaint:
I would like to send complaint to Jollibee Mind Museum. I had a birthday event gathered last 12/17/2023 at the said venue. It was my 1 year old son’s birthday. I reserved the venue for the event. The venue was unorganized. Also iordered for the kiddie meal toy for the guest but during the event they did not care to give it to the guest. It took few days when i realize what they did. I tried to reach them to get the refund since it was their negligence on their end that they forgot to give it. Beside i don’t need it anymore cause that was for the guest. Also they allow unathorized person my son’s father to be part of the event without even asking me or my family member for an approval despite the fact that I informed the host that his father is unwelcome. To my knowledge this was against privacy policy. I’m willing to take legal action on this matter if I don’t hear anything from you.
