My complaint:
Very unprofessional I think someone order them tons of food for Christmas party.. the annoying part they have 15 crew inside the branch and they can’t accommodate those customer who want to dine in and also I don’t have a cash most of the time I use my card to buy food they can’t do that because there’s no connection I wait the line for 20minutes and at the end I can’t order something stupid Branch.
Suggested solution:
They should inform the customer in the entrance so we will not waste our time standing in the line and can't eat.
