Jollibee complaint: Did Not give exact change, too slow service, crew members are just making chitchats

My complaint:

The crew member did not give exact change even my change is just 2 pesos only. My point is, even it’s just 2 pesos, what if she did this all the customers entering the their fast food and she won’t give exact change, this is considered dishonesty. Aside from that, the service is too slow even though they have many crews. Some crews are just chitchatting instead of helping others to accommodate the que waiting numbers. Even the managers are just chitchatting. Sayang pasweldo sa mga taong ito.

Suggested solution:

If their service is fast and all the crews are ameable.
