My complaint:
Jollibee Foods Corporation is a multi-billion success in the Philippines and expanded globally. I signed up for a Jollibee USA account and placed an online order at 10:30am for a 12:30pm delivery to my office address at 8530 Wilshire Blvd. Suite 200, Beverly Hills, CA 90211.
I did not receive my order and called the Beverly store where my online order was forwarded. A store employee picked up my call and apparently is not trained nor aware that the Jollibee website takes both pick-up and delivery online orders. She insisted and argued that their store only does pick-up. I finally got to speak to a store supervisor who insisted that I call DoorDash, a third-party delivery service.
I missed my lunch break and lost time calling the Beverly store and DoorDash who had no idea about the delivery. After all, I placed my order and payment with Jollibee.
The website, the employees including supervisor lacked proper coordination, training and responsible Customer Support.
