My complaint:
I bought 60 cigarettes (3 packs) and as it was really late I was in a rush to get home as I have a 2 month old baby. Upon getting home I come to realise that the first packet of cigarettes I opened the end was falling off from the tobacco. And the writing was funny so I just thought it might of been with the first packet and it was all of them. More than a few had no writing atall.
Suggested solution:
I would like my ciggerettes replaced or my money as it is a lot of money to be wasting as I said before I have a 2 month old baby.
