My complaint:
I was smoking my cigarettes it wasn’t burning so I nibbed it out and started to twirl it so the tobacco would come out I found a MASSIVE bit of what looks like wood..

Suggested solution:
Mabi apologise as it’s getting more and more this is happening with these cigarettes hence the complaint.
