John Player Cigarettes complaint: No menthol ball in players menthol cigars

My complaint:

I have bout the packs of 10 cigars with the vrushball in them since menthol cigarettes were banned in the UK. Today I bought some and 2 of them didn’t have crushballs in them so I couldn’t smoke them

Suggested solution:

Make sure all of them have crushballs
