My complaint:
I have smoked menthol cigarettes for around 3 years now and always preferred the players brand. They were renamed green fusion and when I purchased them today I was informed that they’d been renamed green filter. They have no menthol taste at all, even though every cigarette I’ve smoked titled green have been menthol. I understand the ban is due out but why name them green when they are not menthol? I can’t even smoke these and can’t get refund!!
Suggested solution:
Send replacement pack of menthol cigarettes!
