My complaint:
I bought a carton of John Player Rich Regular at the Tyendenaga reserve around January 20th (I can’t remember the exact day). Upon getting home (Brockville, about 2 hours away) I noticed my first pack of cigarettes looked crushed but the carton itself did not. I brushed it off. After opening almost every pack, every single pack was crushed like this. The cherry fell out of my cigarette and burned me more times than I can count.
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate either having these cigarettes replaced or having my money replaced. As an only parent I cannot afford to be wasting money.
