John Player Cigarettes complaint: Defective pack of smokes

My complaint:

I bought 2 packs of cigarettes from petro Canada only tonly to find out both packs had the cigarettes unravel and I paid $30 for nothing

Suggested solution:

Either refund my money or send me some cigarettes I can smoke
