My complaint:
I was at jewel at 5:56 pm i was having problems with my jewel app i wantedt to buy Gatorade.with the Just for u coupon. The clerk aries was real polite and helpful. She called the manager she was at service desk for help. She accused me of already using my coupon
Even though I gave her my phone and she saw she could not even scan the barcode. She RUDELY said to me . Mam you must have already gptten the Gatorade.
Have a nice day. That is not customer service at all. Im sure she could of looked it up if I used my coupon or not with my phone numver.
I now am home and had to disable and read did the jewel app. You can see i did not use it.
Suggested solution:
Your employee needs customer service skills. She is unprofessional shw does not seserve to be at the service counter.
