My complaint:
My fiancé accidentally bought the wrong items. I went back to the store to see if items could be exchange or returned. The rude “manager” said “We are no longer doing returns or exchanges. When I asked “when would that be available”. Manager said “Never”. Her demeanor was unnecessary.

Suggested solution:
Either by letting me know the store will no longer have exchange or return so I can no longer purchase items there. It would be great if because COVID I will have an extended period to exchange or return later to get the correct items.
