My complaint:
while shopping today in Illinois we observed multiple employees improperly wearing masks(nose exposed) we pressed on except when the employee tried to sell us shrimp from the meat counter without covering up. Made it to checkout lane 1, at around 4 o’clock, was bumped by the cashier and the new cashier behind me as I was being rung up, commented that I guess social distancing was over, the cashier was unable to read the price of pineapples, removed her mask to ask the Head Cashier(Woman who just left cashier position in lane 2), we asked her what she was doing, and my wife commented about the other 11 employees not wearing masks properly, Head Cashier lady told us, Indiana, North Carolina and like 11 other states don’t even require masks I replied this is Illinois, and was told Go complain to Governor Pritzker told my wife to leave the cart of food, we don’t shop here for groceries anymore(we were weekly feeding our family of 3 from your store)
Suggested solution:
follow basic safety guidelines, and ideally an apology to my wife
