My complaint:
Why why why is there only one door open to get into the store!!?? Makes absolutely no sense to herd everyone through one entry door, there’s no logical reason what so ever! Now you have people all standing around, waiting to grab a cart, get a sanitary wipe and finally get into the store. I walk with a cane and of course half the time the item I need is completely in the other side of the door and there’s a whole parking lot that’s half empty and no where to park because no moron is going to park by the door that’s not open. This store has a terrible layout to begin with and this just adds to the horror of my experience, I spend A LOT of money there but not anymore. Covid 19 is no excuse to shut down another entrance, it’s an absolute cluster everytime I go there so I guess that’s it.
Suggested solution:
Think outside the box and understand that the corporate mentality isn't always the right mentality, why would you inconvenience your loyal customers and make them jump through hoops to shop??? Bye bye!
