My complaint:
My daughter and I went to Jewels today after her softball game hoping to get a bucket of chicken wings. We made it there just before 7pm. Didnt realize that it closed at that time. Anyway, my daughter grabbed and number and we patiently waited while the lady moved extemely slow getting a man 1 piece of chicken. After she helped him she turned the heating light off and walked away. My daughter said excuse me, excuse me. The lady slicing meat looked confused but than she looked at the time and said oh we stop at 7pm, it was 6:57pm. Obviously the lady looked like she was wanting to run the clock down out of time. She gave my daughter and nasty demon looking stare.
We left without buying a thing.
Suggested solution:
Tell the lady to open her mouth and say, I am sorry ladies, this young man here will be our last customer. No need to be rude to anyone especially when we were trying to buy from you. Let her know that you will not tolerate her rude behavior or sacrifice good customer service so she can simply get a pay check.
Look at your camera's you might see a demon. Tell her to pray and quite entertaining Satan.
