My complaint:
Sunkist diet orange soda 6 packs were are on sale at 4 for 10.00. There were only 3 available on the shelf. The cashier asked the day manager what to do. They checked and found there were no more in stock. Instead of offering the 3 available at the sale price, I was told they wouldn’t sell those 3 at the sale price and offered me a rain check. I didn’t want a rain check, I wanted the 3 available. Doesn’t it make sense to either make sure their is product available when a sale is on or sell the remaining product at the sale price? This has happened several times in the past and is getting very annoying. Its not rocket science.
Suggested solution:
Preferably make sure product is available while having a sale or sell the remaining stock at the sale price.
