My complaint:
I purchased a balloon that bumped into the door as I was exiting and deflated. I calmly went to the flower-balloon dept to let the Jewel Employee know and she gave me a lecture in a rude tone and told me next time she will not give me a new one. I gave her back the original balloon and paid for and told I don’t want her replacement and will not shopping at Jewel anymore. Her name is Aviana at Jewel 552 in prospect Heights.
I went to the manager to complain about her service and it went of deaf ears and he did not even offer a solution or offer to refund of exchange. He just smiled at me and said thank you for bringing it up.

I would like a refund and an apology from the employee
