My complaint:
I purchased a pair of reading glasses for 34.99. They were fastened inside their container and could not be tested before buying. They were unusable. I tried to return the next day and was told they were non- returnable because of Covid 19. THERE IS NO NO RETURNS policy posted in the store. I am a senior in social security and I CANNOT afford this. Now I must wait until next month to purchase new reading glasses. I have been shopping at Jewel for decades. THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

Refund my $ 34.99.
