My complaint:
I placed an order for groceries and the driver, Austin Dohm delivered but not to my address and when I saw him in the Jewel truck I waved him down that he did not deliver to my address and he looked right at me and DROVE RIGHT PAST ME! I am livid. I had to call customer service and ask what address he delivered to and they told me that he delivered to my next door neighbor and he put all groceries in a bin out front of the door. I mean really? The guy couldn’t take 2 seconds to roll down his window and tell me that? And this is during a pandemic!!! I had to walk over to my neighbors and get all of my groceries out of their dirty bin. I do not ever want this driver AUSTIN DOHM to deliver to me again. I want to lodge a formal complaint against him. Totally unprofessional on his part.
Suggested solution:
Customer service said they would issue me a $15 credit for this inconvenience.
