My complaint:
I was ordering an 8 piece chicken dinner, when I forgot to specify that I wanted the meal. While the woman working the counter, a heavy set Hispanic woman, was grabbing the chicken I asked to please make it a meal and she turned to me and said “laws upset. her and her coworker, a young man, berated me and scolded me for not telling them earlier and making them do extra work and needing to change bags etc. It was embarrassing and rude and unnecessary- especially to
Be so loud and public about it.
Other customers in line were also bothered by her unprofessional hurtful and irrational behavior
Suggested solution:
I would like an apology- and for the employee to be better trained. She was outright rude and hostile to me in a loud manner for me forgetting to ask that the 8 piece chicken be a meal.
