My complaint:

I am 7 months pregnant with difficulty breathing due to these masks. Per my DOCTOR, because this is a MANDATION, and NOT A LAW, I have the right to deny wearing a mask to not endanger the life of my unborn baby. I came to this location over the last weekend of February, and I did not wear my mask- not one employee stopped me- until I was at the checkout station! Purple-haired Vivian told me that she didn’t care that I was pregnant or about my baby’s wellbeing, she wasn’t going to ring up my six items if I didn’t put my mask on. And after I put it on, she proceeded to fondle a stuffed animal I was purchasing for my unborn daughter and PLAY WITH IT IN FRONT OF ME, without gloves or hand sanitizer. This disgusting cashier, Vivian, was very clearly just trying to display her power over a powerless pregnant woman and play on my rights and emotions because she had nothing better to do.

Suggested solution:

Vivian needs to be terminated- she DOES NOT CARE about the safety and wellbeing of customers and is just so bored she needs to exert her power over others just because and infringe on pregnant women's rights. There is NO EXCUSE for her behavior. I had my mother-in-law with me as a witness.
