My complaint:
I have had many interaction with your employee that was incessantly rude and hostile I have spoken to several workers at this location about this employee and even had to ask for someone else to check me out due to this employee rude and uncalled for remarks today He crossed the line I went to the gurnee jewels as usual grabbed my items and proceeded to checkout I purchased an adult beverage which required a person 21 or older to assist with the checkout so he was called over and as usual he took his time which is fine but I do see it a bit rude to continue with personal conversation with co workers while a guest is waiting but at this point it is expected when I come here but only when I deal with him. So he comes over laughing from what I assumed was something that was said in his previous conversation looks me right in my face and say should I serve you you don’t like me and I don’t like you and laughs. I immediately ask for another worker who came and served me without any issues It is ridiculous that this is the type of behavior allowed It is getting to the point where I will rather drive the extra 3 blocks to Wal-Mart. Or target simply to avoid. This blatant and unacceptable treatment
Suggested solution:
I think retraining is most definitely in order at the very least the many and especially this event should be documented in case of future similar incident I think retraining should stress the importance of not letting your personal feelings get in the way of business
