My complaint:
Various members of staff were wearing masks improperly below the nose or not wearing masks all together. I have noticed these violations on 3 separate occasions over the past month. Employees in the deli and restocking shelves are particularly egregious.
I left a complaint, by phone, with an assistant manager two weeks ago. Though the assistant manager tersely said she resolve the issue, it has not been resolved and if anything worsened. She was also quite rude to me.
Suggested solution:
Reprimand management for not properly dealing the issue. Ensure ALL team members wear masks properly particularly those in the deli. I have seen numerous deli members not wearing mask at all.
