My complaint:
My car was STOLEN out of the Jewel parking lot, while I was inside shopping. My car was parked in front Jewel’s main entrance. Once filed, one police officer stated: The camera system is known to be very blurry making it difficult to see anything. and another officer stated: Only the hood of my car was visible on film; so it was not possible to see who jumped into my car and drove away.
Lately I have seen teen groups loitering outside the main entrance. I have lived in the community more than 40 years and have always shopped at Jewel. I do not feel safe shopping at this store any longer.
Suggested solution:
Do not allow group loitering on property.
Replace the camera security system.
