My complaint:
I am a weekly shopper at this Jewels listed above and i shop there 2 or 3 times weekly. I am also an employee of DoorDash. Now today at around 10:25am i was picking up an order for DoorDash. and, went to the pick up a order sent to me by doordash, and i asked for my order. I was serviced by an employee name Elaena T. She works at the pick up order area. And Ms. Eleana T requested for me to go to my car and get my phone so she could scan my phone, KEY word scan, to check the order. Now when i first entered the store and walked to the pick up area to retrieve the order, i gave her the customers full name, THE FULL NAME. Now there is a counter where you go to pick up the orders, this counter has no visual for anyone to see the names on the bags to steal a order, SO I CAN NOT SEE ANY NAMES ON THE BAGS. Now i knew from my previous days of working with door dash that no phone is required only the customers name. This customers name was Anita O, unfortunately for Ms. Eleana T. Anita O was the only person with that name in order area. So i went to the car got my phone brought in back in the store. And no one looked at the phone, some of the other ladies probably remembered from yesterday since i had to pick up four different orders at 4 different times. But getting the phone wasn’t the issue. The issue is when i asked her not once but repeated it twice. i said you need me to go get my phone she said yes, i need you to get your phone, then i repeated what she said SO YOU CAN SCAN my phone she said yes and i asked again so you can scan my phone she replied yes. No one has even ever asked to see my phone, this was ridiculous and uncalled for. As i stated no has ever asked for my phone to SCAN, and as i stated once i went to the car to get the phone they didn’t even look at it when i came back in the store. They just give me the order
