Complaint: Cashier abruptly bad behavior

My complaint:

I was at your store while the cashier decided to answer the phone and there where 3 people waiting with grocery carts I was next not only did she decide to answer the phone also decided to walk away while the customer was waiting another employee wanted to also take the bagger to go place stock back while the customer was waiting to check out after couple minutes of waiting I decided to shout out and say is anyone going to check us out and then the cashier felt threatened and was not paying attention she felt rush and now proceeding to mash my grocery together felt like the victim and walk away again to get her manager. Then the manager came out and proceeding to check us out These employees obviously has emotional issues and shouldn’t working with the public she more concerns in answering the phones and socializing with her co-workers than the customer.

Suggested solution:

I think when customers are in line cashier should not answer the phone and walk away never leave the register that is a violation of security for the store and other patrons. This employee said I was mean because I was calling out on her job as well and said what comes around goes around what kind of person wishes someone bad this is really wrong.
