My complaint:
An employee behind the customer service counter refused to serve me and was continuing to play a game on her phone when I arrived a personal phone and not anything relating to the store. She held up a finger to tell me to wait and I did politely then when I was asked what I needed which was change for a $20 bill only 2 $10s so I could play lottery. And she refused and told me to hold on as she got her phone out again and began texting and laughing at her phone telling me that it wasn’t anything for the actual company and I was refused service and ignored I told her manager who was presumably her mother val and she ignored my complaint as well I felt outcasted and I was never given change
Suggested solution:
A small for of disciplinary action clearly Rachel didn’t know what she was doing
