My complaint:
I’ve Been Out Of Two Of My Medication For Four Days
And I Called In Monday To Remind Them Since I Couldn’t Get It Monday. That I Today Which Is Tuesday. And I Was That It Would Come Out Today. But They Waited Until The End Of The Day Just To Tell Me I Got To Wait Another Day.
Suggested solution:
FIRST START WITH THE WHOLE DELIVERY STAFF
THEN THE REST OF THE STAFF SUPERVISORS AND ALL
SO UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
THEY DON'T HAVE ANYONE TO CALL ABOUT YOUR DELIVERIES THEY JUST POP UP UNEXPECTEDLY.
