My complaint:
Hello, I shop at this Jewel store at least 3x per week. On many different occasions I’ve seen more than a quarter of the employees at this store with their (Covid) face masks down on their chin and at least 50% don’t bother to cover their nose, if you have paid even the slightest but of attention to the experts you may as well not have a mask on at all if you do not cover your nose. Yesterday their were so many employees stocking and standing right next to customers and almost all of them wore their masks as described above. I spend a lot of money at Jewel every week but I will travel a few miles to Mariano’s if I see this again. I’ve had it!
Suggested solution:
Common sense, make all employees follow the guidelines or terminate them. There are many people looking for work, this is not the time for people to be lazy and inconsiderate. It really is a matter of life and death for some.
