My complaint:
On April 5th there were available flights on Jetblue as original flight via Spirit was camcelled at 3:45A. A woman said go to JetBlue as I got a flight out for Logan at no high expense. When we went to the counter we had a different answer. We were told we would have to book a flight for JFK and then take a connecting flight on American to Logan. Ok, but here comes the issue. The price It ended up being $1805.00 which included a $40.00 fee to cover refund if necessary. We were stranded for w days because of all the cancellations. Flight ,s 432, 842. This seems criminal.
Suggested solution:
Should not have charged this amount. When I spoke with JetBlue customer representative, he said and I quote when the demand is there, pricing goes up. Shame on JetBlue.
