My complaint:

My flight was delayed by more than 2 hours with no communication
Could not pre check in, bumped me off paid seat and forced me to buy a new one and did not communicate if I will ever get refunded.
Old plane from NY JFK to Atl, seat that cost an additional $65 did not recline and entertainment did not work.

Suggested solution:

Refund swat purchase, fix problem, and give me a partial refund for this ticket
