My complaint:
I recently got fired from jersey mikes , I deal with a medical condition which the managers knew about that causes me to not be able to really move when i have flare ups , I had missed part of my shift which i had told them about and they responded to, they proceed to spam call my boyfriend and fire me through his phone number , and also threatened to ruin his job opportunity at the starbucks next door.
They also vape and hit dap pens in the back during open hours constantly, the managers have openly done it infront of us and are usually high or drunk while on shift. the managers push their work onto their employees and the GM is constantly leaving early and leaving us with little prep done.
And last , they tell us they have the job as a safe place but everyone including the managers talk horribly about other employees. I will also be reaching out to others however i can because i am not the only one they have been unprofessional with.
Suggested solution:
i’m unsure what can be done , but i know that this is a poor work environment and will reflect horribly on your company, so do with that as you will.
