My complaint:
On Friday 4/5 went to the Elkridge location around 6:10p. The worker slicing the meat was constantly wiping the silver cabinet with her hands and then grabbed a rag to clean off the slicer, she never changed her gloves and proceeded to slice the meat wearing the same dirt gloves.
I asked her to change her gloves and she never did. I called the manager who was rude, she cursed at me and stated the employee didn’t have to change her gloves. Every time I go to Jersey Mikes I see the same unsanitary action and have to instruct employees to change their gloves. I will no longer spend my money there.
From the lens of a customer, the act of both employee and manager is unacceptable. The manager lacks customer service My next stop will be the Health Department if this ongoing issue is not corrected. Remember one thing without customers there would not be Jersey Mikes.
Suggested solution:
Have customer service classes for the managers and employees. Get rid of the manager from Elkridge MD store she is unprofessional, rude, and she curses at customers. Have employees learn the concept of cleanliness.
