My complaint:
I just visited this particular location on Saturday and my sandwich was fresh and delicious plus customer service was great.
Today my bread is hard and taste old and customer service was lacking today. I would like your employees to understand how money is hard to come by these days and people can not afford to just through it away on bad food. Please do better. This is my third complaint and still no one has responded.
Suggested solution:
Replace the bad sandwiches
