My complaint:

At 6:01 pm I went into your store 23015. There was only one customer and the store who quickly left after I arrived. There were six colleagues in the store with what appeared to be a manager cutting bread, slicing cheese, and cutting meat for several mobile orders. I waited almost 15 minutes before she even acknowledged me or anyone in the store acknowledged me. There were three customers that walked out that were behind me in line who were also not greeted. I understand the need to fill mobile orders but it’s unacceptable that not one colleague in that store could greet me and tell me they would be just a few minutes. She finally took my order fat got it incorrect. When they started putting the condiments on my sandwiches they had to stop and rebuild my sandwich. She also gave me the giant sandwich when I only asked for an original but I ended up paying for it. The individuals making the sandwich couldn’t hear because of the plexiglass in between us. I finally asked to talk to the manager and told her she should at least acknowledge people when they come in our store. She made all kinds of excuses and then went to the back and I could hear her ranting and raving to other colleagues about me. I spent $42.15 for two sandwiches and two chips. My ticket number was 01–000597–01–570605. I really hope that the other young colleagues in your store do not learn the type of customer service that she gives. I left the store at 6:24 pm.

Suggested solution:

She should have to take a course in customer service. I would think the minimum would be a free meal due to the time I waited and the inaccuracy of my order..
