My complaint:
Hello, first of all, I want to tell you how much I love Jersey Mike’s subs. I am an Italian American and you know how to make an Italian sub.
On Thursday, 12.302021, I went to Jersey Mike’s Subs
265 Baltimore Blvd., Suite 3, Westminster, MD 21157
All employee’s were following the Maryland state mask mandate; except one. He was working the grill and pulling bread to make sandwiches. This employee had the mask around his neck. His mouth and nose not covered. I asked one of the employees why?…as all employees were wearing a mask properly. One employee responded he just will not do it. This is a state mandate and should not be allowed. I did tell the store that I am reporting this stores. I am first going to let you know and next, I am going to report this to the state. This young man has no business breaking the law and possibly causing people a serious illness. I will revisit this store, and I hope I do not see this again. Why is the management allowing this?

No employee is above the law. If you have an employee that refuses to conform, please do not let them work in the store. Thank you.
