My complaint:
I ordered a sandwich with extra meat I paid the extra money, when I came home and opened it there was only a very thin layer of meat it was like eating a tomato sandwich and bread. I was not happy. I told the manager and all she said was I’ll put you in the book and give you a discount. It was like she couldn’t be bothered with the compliment.
This isn’t the first time this has happened. I don’t mind paying extra for the meat but when I don’t get it it’s a waste of money.
Suggested solution:
Pay attention to what the customer wants and what they order.
