My complaint:
8 4 2023 1pm ….order as always late and u go there and they are serving everybody that walks in , u keep waiting and people keep coming in and leaving with their orders and ur order still not made!!!! so, i decided to get on line and complaint and the young man taking orders gets on his defensive mode , complexed sarcastic that he is ……if this has been the firt time fine, but this had happened 5 times already !!!! u order u go there , 30 minutes pass and u still there waiting waiting while people come in order and leave ………thats unacceptable!!!!!!! then he gets smart and says to the taller young man , hey , do this order so u dont get shot , yell or some nasty stupid comment he said …..then he lied about the time of the order …he goes , the order will be ready at 1:30 ….then when they gave ne the order , he goes , i said 1:13 not 130 ..another sarcastic answer to looked good in front of the other customers and his co workers…………

i want a personal apology from him in person!!!!!!!! u see , this country is accepting mediocrecy , not me !!!! im done with jersey mikes at ppines west .......i was a customer since 2015 in NJ....
