My complaint:
Jackpot city has now taken money from my winning withdrawals 2 different times now. They state the reason is chargebacks from my bank. But yet can’t provide statement for 1 month. I always deposit from Interac etransfer, there shouldn’t be any reason I allegedly owe them.
Suggested solution:
They should stop stealing my winnings and replace what they have taken thus far.
