My complaint:

On 14 july i open an account in jackpot city casino then they ask me to verify, i was sent my documents to the operator (passport copy and bank statement).

On 15 july the operator was sent to me an email they tell me my account has been verified and i can play. On 16 july the operator was sent to me an email they give me a bonus, i can use it when i deposit, then i deposit 150 usd and the operator give me bonus 100% the total 300 usd.

I played and bet and won amounts exceeding $2,000, then I asked the operator how to withdraw and he replied to me withdraw until I bet $7,500, and I executed the condition and bet $7,500. Sometimes I lose and sometimes I won, The total  balance, after fulfilling the condition of betting $7,500, became 2,000.15 usd.

I requested to withdrawal, but the operator has been closed my account. After requests many times with support live chat , he refused to pay the full amount , then the operator was sent an email to tell me they can pay to me only $150.

Suggested solution:

Returning all my money, this is fraud because I did nothing wrong
