My complaint:
While I was playing a game, I brought myself up to $500 that instantly vanished as I was playing down to 2$. This morning I went in to check and see if my withdrawal was being processed, it vanished from $1040 to $360.
I had sent an email to their support, no reply back.
Suggested solution:
The money that disappeared should be put back into my account ASAP. I’ve spent a lot of money playing on their site, this is wrong on so many levels. Have tons of friends who play also and trusts this site. I wouldn’t want anything like this to happen to them, where I know they put so much money into this site also.
