My complaint:

have been with jackpot city for at least 5 years or more and had filed the right certification documents ie drivers licensepassport and a telephone bill and proof of income and proof of ownership on my credit card and e transfer account five years ago and have successfully paid and withdrawn thousand of dollars over the years
But now they say i have to resubmit the documentation again or my i would be locked out of my account so Resubmitted the documentation again and i have $1600 in my account that i would like to withdraw but i can’t log in to get my money
