My complaint:
On oct 31, 2023 I won 30000 from a 1400 deposit, and these past 2 months I’ve been told by live support my withdrawl was being reviewed and processed . And after providing all my documents to verify my account they said I have to refer to terms and conditions 10.17 that my winnings are being confiscated,
I’ve deposited thousands of dollars and they took my deposits no problem but the one time I win they lock my account and confiscated my winnings. How can a gambling site do this?
