My complaint:

I was obliged to close my account have in order to withdrawl winnings from jackpot city.
My account was fully verified and the company has been sneaky and misrepresenting facts of withdrawl status. It has been in processing now for 17 days and lacking in poor customer services in getting an explanation or receipt or proof to my funds and I could not overturn locking my account to check the status.

Suggested solution:

I am requesting that I receive five thousand dollars compensation for the stress caused financially
