Complaint: I havent received my winnings after requesting a withdrawal

My complaint:

I politely asked for a withdrawal of my winnings 3 weeks ago and each time I ask or inquire I am told they are working on it and will send me an email. However I never get any emails and I never have received my winnings. Jackpot City wont let you speak to any Supervisor or Managers at all when you request it and they only keep repeating to me (we are working on it and will email you). I call them everyday and for nearly 3 weeks I get the same old story. They also have kept a $200 deposit I made to them which never was processed to my account. So not only have they kept my winnings but now they have also stolen my deposit I sent them for my gaming account. I am putting a complaint on to start to see what action that gets.
