My complaint:

Hi,

I made a withdrawal on the 27 May 2020 it still has not shown in my account, I have tried to get it resolved multiple times via the idiots on live chat and will be seeking Legal advice if someone doesn’t sort this asap.

I have uploaded my drivers license and bank statements to my profile and attached to this email aswell.

I paid using my visa debit card so there is really no excuse for making this process so difficult. It’s not even a large sum of money. I want it processed immediately!

Suggested solution:

Credit the $350 to my account linked to my visa debit card immediately

I have attached a screenshot of the pending withdrawal plus ation of previous successful withdrawals
