Jack in the Box complaint: Rude service and misleading advertising

My complaint:

I intended to order one of the new Jack Pack $5 specials after viewing television advertising for the product. I was informed at the drive-through at 4160 North Mesa, El Paso, Texas today at 12:10 PM that it was available only on the app. Going through the drive through line towards the window I attempted to find it on the app but had trouble locating the app and when I found the app the location and availability of the Jack Pack was not readily evident on the app.

I asked the persons at the drive through window for help with finding the item and ordering it on the app, but the staff refused to assist in any way and was also very rude to me. Whereupon we drove to Burger King on Oregon Street in El Paso whose drive through window staff was courteous and helped with the app. The advertising for the new Jack Pack needs to be very clear that it is available through the app only, and the staff at this location should be courteous and willing to help customers.

Suggested solution:

Make Jack Pack available on menu at all locations not just on the app and provide credit equal to one Jack Pack.
