My complaint:

On February 6 we checked into In Town Suites (Oak Village) Arlington Texas and several hours later, received a phone call my mother had a heart attack. We called the emergency phone number listed on the front door of the hotel and spoke to that person, who said “I’m sorry but the hotel doesn’t give refunds, but I’ll put a note on your account and see if Management can do something for you”! Office is closed on February 7th Sunday! Well, February 8th we called the Front Desk regarding our situation and the man answered was very rude and cold hearted. The only reason we came back to this hotel is we stayed here in June through January 3rd and had no problems, not knowing if someone had a Emergency, they could care less. So having an emergency in this hotel have no meaning. Is this how this billion dollar company gets it’s money? By not refunding and put seniors in a position to loose what little they have? I also gave them a tax exemption form, they did not take the taxes off. Please help Us ASAP

Suggested solution:

Refund the days that we did not stay and start treating people with Dignity! Emergencies are unexpected and I pray nobody else has to go through this. There should be a plan in place for Emergencies.
