My complaint:
I rented a room for the week at inn town in Gulfport Ms I paid my fees n signed the paperwork I then left the property to get my things when I returned I went to open the door my key didn’t work I asked security to let me in my key doesn’t work he said u are banned n not allowed here I said why he said some lady told him I hit her which is not true n to leave or go to jail… I asked for my money back since I never went in the room one time he said come back tomorrow which I did come back during business hours I was told to leave r go to jail… I spoke to a Kimberly on the reservation number that I was giving for customer service she said they should at most give me my money back but maybe keep one night .. no one will contact me back I can not get no one to respond to emails they have no numbers.. I paid 300$ for a place to stay a week was never inside the room n my money was kept all of it .. they more less took my money..
