My complaint:
it happen on oct 10,2021 in room 201 it was early Sunday morning when the window panel was leaking water and the ceiling as well it happen around 7:30ish morning and when I called the Emergency number for maintenance there were no answer and there was busy and hangup so later on around 11:30 that’s when the maintenance man came and looked at the window and told me the leak was coming from the 4th floor and it was a overflow toilet it leaked all the way to our floor which is the 2nd floor so they moved us to another room the next day and we are in room 203 but the door won’t locked and we told the manager about and she said that the maintenance will fixed it he never came to fixed it and when we went to pay for our room we didn’t get any credit or discount on our room for the inconvenience and what’s going on with our room every night we have to push a chair behind the door to make sure we are safe and making sure the door is locked when we seen the manager she asked did the maintenance came to fixed the door we said no he didn’t but he told her he did this don’t make any sense the maintenance here at this extended stay are lazy and don’t want do there jobs we pay every week and this what we get feeling unsafe and have to pay for something that not going to get fixed the manager don’t care at all unless you late paying for your room this intown suites is not what I thought it will be noisy guests let there kids make noise late in the night running up and down the stairs the dumper is nasty and overflow with trash
Suggested solution:
The manager should have credit us for a week for our inconvenience for moving to another room and then not fixing our lock on the door
